    Google organic and a plain landing page. That's the whole stack.
  5. It scales by adding towns, not SKUs
    The playbook copies cleanly to the next zip code.

Where the honesty gets uncomfortable

There is no dropshipping-style dopamine hit here - no first sale notification at 2am. The first client takes weeks. The second takes days. The third comes from a referral. Most people quit in the gap between one and two.
